I’ve had my 2DS (UK, Europe) for about five years now and have dropped it quite a few times. This morning I dropped it by accident whilst it was charging, and it would not charge anymore. Everything else works fine, it just won’t charge when plugged in. I have a feeling I bent a pin or something, but I don’t know how to fix it.
I will try to help. There is a chance it’s the charger, so maybe try changing the charger. Another thing that could have happened is that the charging port got un soldiered, inside. At your own risk try to open it up carefully and see if everything is connected.
