Chosen Solution
I dropped my phone outside when I was helping my sister. My phone fell out of my pocket…not even 2 feet off the ground, it started off as 2 little red lines at the bottom of the screen, I thought it was just dead pixels or something like that…then over the course of my day, around like I believe 3 maybe even 4, there was a little black circle that looked like ink, this happened like 1 or 2 days ago, i it has gotten bigger over those 2 days. It is covering not even 25% of the keyboard, I can still use whatever is under the ink spot, but I still don’t know what to do. Im really sad about it too, should I go to the mall and get it fixed, or should I send it back to T-Mobile and try to get a replaced screen, I can’t really do that much by myself, noting that I’m only 16, without a job, and no way to pay for anything, I don’t know what to do and I’m scared that the black ink will soon cover my entire screen
You can fix this, all you need is a new screen, when you drop your phone then waranty will not cover this. Hope this info will help you.
