I dropped my laptop and the lcd will not come on anymore. The backlight for the keyboard is still on and so is the power light. It wont connect to a external lcd. Need some help. Thanks!
@e_ah when you say " wont connect to a external lcd" you mean it does not show anything other than a black screen. If so you are having issues with your GPU on the motherboard. You’d have to disassemble your computer to take a look for obvious damage. Make sure that you connected the external monitor properly.
