I dropped my CANON POWERSHOT SX510HS and now the lens is stuck part way out. Also, the piece inside the lest casing is pointing slightly downward. Is there any way for me to repair this myself??

Taylor Hauck, start of by using the information from here. Even with those it is most likely that you damaged the lens drive or the lens assembly itself. Parts are almost impossible to get so you will most likely have to replace the lens assembly. Also a slightly different model, this guide should get you there.
