I dropped my Ulefone Armor 10, the screen went black. There is no visible damage but the phone will not turn on. What should I do.

Hi @hpesoj50 , How old is the phone? There is a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty on the phone and they claim that it is shock proof (see tests If the phone is less than 12 months old I would contact Ulefone customer support in your location about a claim for a warranty repair.
