Something went wrong and i don’t know what. The phone won’t download apps or update anything. What could of went wrong. I cleared data and cache in play store, i have a strong wifi connection. Im afraid to delete app and not be able to get it back.ill wait for your reply, thanks MKS
A)Reboot the phone B) if not work Factory reset setting only C) if not work factory reset all , but backup your data first.
See if the app you want to keep is in “My Apps & Games” section of the Google Play Store. If it is, you will always be able to download it again, as long as you remember your email and password. First I would try Apps –> Google Play Store –> Force Stop –> Uninstall all updates. Then reboot the phone and try again. Then if that doesn’t work, I would say put your phone in Recovery mode. Then erase the cache partition. Hope fully this resolves the issue. If not, you will need to factory reset.
