I had an error light and a flashing 2 minutes remaining. I pressed pause/cancel button to unlock the door, but it will not unlock. Power is completely off, but door is still locked. How can I force unlock on the door to get my wet clothes out?
Hi Patricia, One of our long-time members, @oldturkey03, has answered this same question for a different user about 10 years ago, but the information should work for you.
