I have a Kenmore 417 48102701. My washer just stopped working. All the dials and buttons work. When I start it the door will lock like normal then it will just buzz like it’s beginning to start. It ends up just turning off after a couple minutes. Sometimes it’ll start to fill with water but only for one second then stops and turns off.
So Im not an expert about washing machines but you could try contacting Kenmore washine machines. you can try to talk to them in their website I hope this helps Sincerly, Zander
