Have a Samsung DW80F600UTB/AA. About 5 years old. Just started to have this issue. After wash and dry cycle, open the door and a loud noise can be heard. This is what I was told by my wife, I haven’t heard it yet. The door will not close completely once this has occurred. I was able to pull the latch tongue located in the door forward with needle nose pliers. After this, the door will close and open properly again. However perform another wash / dry cycle and the issue repeats. Does anyone have an idea on how to put the unit into a diagnostic mode to see if there are any error codes for this issue? Other trouble shooting tips? Thanks in advance, Dan
