My mac pro late 2013 does not want to turn on. when i remove the casing and plug the power cord the only thing that turns on is a red light
So far we’ve not encountered any problems with our Mac Pro’s so I can’t offer a sure thing here. The things I look at across the board is if the system was plugged into a good surge suppressor or UPS unit. Next knowing some of the symptoms or issues that preceded. Sometimes this offers a clue on where to look. Did you try checking the connections to see if any are loose here?
