I took all 3 pieces out that include pod holder and tray out to clean. This small round piece with hole in middle fell out and I cannot figure out where it goes.! My. serial number is 501.3400.0721517 unit is the K 575 programmable Platinum with strength control Purchased in Jan 2019
@tricial looks like the O-ring from around the puncture needle. Slightly different model but take a look on step 2 on this guide How to open and clean Keurig Coffee Maker Update (06/25/2019) @tricial just pretty much tore mine down and the only one my machine has, is the one on the top needle. Double check to see if your O-ring is still there. Sorry about the poor picture quality. Taking upside down and no prescription glasses handy to focus my eyes ;) This is the top puncture needle with the O-ring
Is this not the piece that goes below the water basin…. Sorry had to steal the picture from one of the guides but added the arrow…..
I don’t think this is a keurig part, but a part that goes in reusable k-cups. I found 3 scattered within my keurig, and it looks like they fell out if my reusable k-cups.``
