  1. power Down device. -Hold device power key -Respond to “Power off” Option given in menu.
  2. Enter recovery mode -Power+Vol.Up Keys held down for 25 Seconds. (Hold through the green screen) 3)Go to factory reset
  3. Go to yes.
  4. Device is erased +++NOTE+++ THIS WILL ERASE ALL END USER DATA! +++++++
