Doesn T Seem To Be A Way To Open The Glass Epson Wf 3620

I am using an Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3720. There doesn’t seem to be a way to open the glass on my all-in-one printer. I get the lines when I copy using the ADF. The printer in the video I saw had a little button that, when pushed, allowed you to open the glass. I don’t have that.

Hi @Faith Luber Here’s the user manual for the printer. Go to p.256-257 to see how to open the cover so that the platen glass and the ADF glass (small rectangular glass on left in image) can be accessed and cleaned.
