My phone just don’t turn on at all, as in nothing shows up on the screen. I don’t know what happens but I do assumed that not putting a sim card might caused such a thing.
It shouldn’t do, no. All phones should still turn on without a SIM card, as you would still be able to call the emergency services without a SIM card. What is more likely to be the cause is the battery not being charged, either through the battery being faulty, or your charging lead.
