does this laptop could have 1 hdd and one ssd drives? or do i have to replace one for another? and if it does and i can use them both does the ssd could be replaced with NVMe pcie 970 evo or somthing like that? or juts regular SSD?

It does have a slot for a M.2 Sata 2280 drive, so you can have both. In mine I have both, a 250Gb M.2 ssd and a 1Tb HD
