I recently got this headset as a christams gift, and it works great. Exepct the mic, my computer does not recognize it. Does this headset come with an usb adapter as i did not get one, im using it trough the headphone and mic jack on my computer. The sound part is great but the mic doesnt work. When i plug in the mic my friends cant hear me.
The cloud2’s come with a usb sound card yes, I found a way to fix this is to buy a 3.5mm female to 2 male cable (I bought one that was a couple feet long) and connect the headset to that and then plug the mic and headphone cable into the computer respectively.
