My screen is fine but my back glass is shattered with large pieces of the back glass missing. Would the missing back glasses cause the screen not to work?
shawnaashlee1 no, it does not. To troubleshoot your phone, you will have to start talking it apart and to replace the back. Use these guides Samsung Galaxy S6 Repair for that. Once disassembled check for torn ribbon cables, dislodged cables and broken parts on the circuit boards.
