the power cable when connected to the piano was very loose and so when i press the switch button the light will come on and sometime not i would move the cable a bit until the light comes on it is my suspicion that i have short circuited the machine Update (10/14/2016) i have used the batteries option the light does not come on i feel that the problem is inside the piano i have opened it and was gobsmacked so many boards and me and electronic we don’t talk much
maouhoub this “move the cable a bit until the light comes on” sounds a bit like a loose connection. Does not sound like a short circuit, just a broken connection. This could be at the adapter or the connector on your keyboard. I would change the adapter end on the AC adapter first since this would be the most likely candidate.
