My sonas 5 bought in 2014 2 speakers one ok the other is not power on when plugged in any one can give suggestion pl as I don’t understand sonas is not having service or repair section thanks
You may need to restart the Sonos product by unplugging the power cord for 30 seconds and plugging it back in. Allow up to two minutes for the product to start back up, and try connecting to it again. Regards, Will
