hp desktop smps shows the green light but when i press the power button it does not turn on at all the fans does not spin what can be the issue. i tried changing the power cord but still the same problem.
@imran_786 start by checking the power supply. Since you did not give us any idea about what model your computer you can check the generic output for the ATX power supply by following the information on here
