Hey everyone, I see that there are several guides for replacing parts for the Nest Learning Thermostat, and I’m just curious where I can purchase them if something were to go wrong with mine in the future. Thanks in advance!
I don’t think they do, but eBay certainly does!
The Nest Learning Thermostat, comes with a limited warranty. Nest Labs, Inc. warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years or one year for Factory Refurbished Products form the date of the original retail purchase. This is stated within the the documentation that comes with the Nest and goes into further detail. Nest labs will replace items out of warranty but is subject to there discretion.
