Does Apple Always Replace The Whole Display And Keyboard Macbook Pro 15 Retina Display Mid 2015

Hello, I have a question. My MacBook has a damaged screen and keyboard. Does Apple replace the whole parts include head cover and top cover or only just the screen and keyboard?

They replace the whole case, they are specifically warned not to pull the keyboard or LCD off the case.
