model ct9223w97; I am looking for replacement batteries. I have found a 3.7V 4000mAH and was wondering if that will work? RCA Support would not answer the question. Anyone here; any info would be greatly appreciated. The original is 3.7V 3750mAH.
not finding one specifically for that model, the only thing you can go on is voltage, capacity, size and connection. 3.7V 3750mAH is only 1/2 of the requirement. Size is a big issue and connection can sometimes be altered using the connector from the original battery.
