I recently dropped my ps4 and the only damage it took was the little part that spins and separates the magnet in the optical drive
For Reference it is the white middle part in the photo
All this belong to the top case of a PS4 Blu-Ray CD DVD Disk Drive, you may try to purchase a used Disk Drive to acquire the component, as there’s hardly no resource for selling the tiny part.
the white parts are mostly plastic so if it’s not bend or broken or missing a piece, you should just put is correctly together for it to work again. And if you dropped your ps4 most likely the metal frame on the drive or the one that goes on top of the drive is bend. then it will not work until you put it straight again
