Chosen Solution
It seems the charging circuit has blown and the unit will power on but not charge. Need to take the unit apart to get to the circuitry but I cannot figure out how to do this. Anyone have a tear down guide? Even better would be a circuit diagram but I think this would be asking too much.

Mine turns on 1 out of 10 times, then turns off after 10 seconds. The local Klipsch dealer I purchased it from told me to throw it away and that Klipsch is the world’s worst about standing behind their products. Never again…
