Does A Ram Upgrade Need To Go Into Specific Slots Imac Pro

I have 4 x 8gb dimms and want to replace two of them with 32gb dimms totalling 80GB RAM, what slots do the go into? Slot 1 and 2 or slot 1 and 3?

I’d suggest Slot 1 and 3, as that’s how you’d install RAM if it was in dual channel. Might not affect you, since you’re keeping the other 8GB sticks. Good luck!
