Hi, like Dan has stated, we have basic guides to help guide you to repair your furby(s), and various knowledge to help you identify and fix the problem. Additionally, I am a furby repairest, and if anyone on this site needs further help on fixing their furbys, I will repair it, my email is OliviaRepairs@gmail.com I have restored over 41 furbys in the past, and have done small business with repairing other people’s electronics. Some of my accomplishments are fixing a 1990’s clown, Repairing two 1985 Teddy Ruxpin, restoring four music box dolls, and fixing a 1983 Alvin and the chipmunks Pull string. I work with various types of animatronics, and is happy to help.
