I dropped my oculus quest and one of the tracking cameras cracked and now it’s having tracking issues as well it turns of and on

To get to the cameras you would have to disassemble your Quest 2 pretty extensively. Take a look at these guides Meta Quest 2 Repair to work on it. Specifically. I would suggest that you check this guide Oculus Quest 2 Disassembly and see if you are willing to go that route. Here is a good video on replacing a camera (should get you to the sensors as well) and shows you how to work on it.
