Chosen Solution
Ordered a second SSD that is compatible with my GS66 according to the specs, but I was unsure if/how I should add thermal pads to it? I’ve been unsuccessful with finding a direct answer on if I only put one on top of the SSD or on both sides. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
M.2? if it is, for normal use it shouldn’t be necessary. if you do a lot of data transfers you should have a heat sink. heat is a killer if in doubt use a heatsink.
