Hi, I have a problem with my iphone 5c, the button is stuck i need to press it very hard to turn on or to shutdown it. I will open it and replace but i have a doubt here, do i need to change all entire cable or only the power button? I have ordered the power button only and already have ordered the flex cable, my question is can i only change the power button (since changing power button guide is not the same as flex cable, flex cable need to tear almost all things to change it). Another thing i have an iphone 5s for spares so i have a power button there, can i use it? When i ordered the power button it says it fits on iphone 5/5c/5s so i think it’s the same, if thats the case and i need only to change the power button i can use it for replace.

https://www.mobiledefenders.com/iphone-5… This is the power ribbon flex. there is a small black dot on the bottom of the picure at one of the ends of the flex. if your button no longer clicks, this nub is likely missing on your flex ribbon, and you may be able to replace the nub. if it clicks, and you dont get a response, then you likely have to replace the entirety of the ribbon. Unfortunately replacing the physical button rarely fixes issues with the function of the button
