Ps4 got unplugged in the middle of a game, when I restarted it want load past 24%,unable to access system storage error.
I wonder if the hard drive crashed. If you don’t want to replace the drive, first try a complete reinstall of the PS4’s operating system. This will also determine if it’s an issue with the drive. If it fails, you’ll most likely need to replace it. If you can, I would upgrade it to a SSD. They’re faster and more reliable.
