Hi, I spilled some coffee (no sugar in it) on my keyboard… initially it worked just fine, the next day the whole keyboard was off… the trackpad lost a bit of its clicking capability but everything else is 100%, at the moment I’m using Bluetooth keyboard and mouse, would be great to have it like before the accident of possible, any suggestions?
This is not good ;-{ You do need a new keyboard but you can’t replace it in this series, you need to replace the entire uppercase as its riveted in and very hard to replace on its own. Ouch!! Now you have coffee still inside your system so the acids and oils in it will slowly damage the circuitry if it got onto your logic board. So you do want to clean things up so you don’t rot out your system,
