My friend dropped my phone outside face first and the screen cracked the whole screen. It turns on and off and the screen is normal looking, but the touch doesn’t work anymore. I can’t unlock it or anything. Can I get it fixed? Or do i have to replace it?
Matthew Enriquez, you will not have to replace your phone, but you will have to replace the display assembly. Here is a decent video. The part is available at multiple places and will run anywhere from $60 and up. Hope this helps, good luck.
