Do I Have To Have All 3 Lcd Connector Cable For The Phone To Work Iphone 6S

I have an IPhone 6s but I don’t have the camera connector cable. Do I need this piece for the phone to work? Without it right now, the phone just turns on, shows the apple logo, then turns off. After a couple of seconds, it turns on and this repeats until the phone needs to be charged. Please help
