During start of tv pictures get distorted n images starts flickering and later after 1-2 hrs of viewing it becomes stable..A thin straight line appears at d bottom.
You can get a complete set of replacement boards for less than 100 dollars at shopjimmy.com and as long as the screen is not damaged it should fix it they also sell backlight leds
