Hi, I have logic board damaged 13" MacBook Pro Intel 2019 (A2159) and a display broken 13" MacBook Pro M1 2020 (A2338) Can I swap the displays taking the older MacBook Pro display and install it in the newer M1? Is it compatible?
Good question! Sorry we just don’t know as the M1 based systems are still under warranty and we don’t have access to Apples internal repair docs. If you review the iFixit tear-downs it does look like they kept many of the parts from the 2020 system for the newer 2021 M1 system.
