The Screen of my MacBook Pro 1708 from 2017 just turned pink. I got vertical lines all over the screen as you can see in the picture. When it’s nearly closed, you can see it a bit flickering in the normal colors so there it’s not the typical flexgate backlight problem. It’s ike there is a broken LCD Cable. Could it be something in that direction or would it be more possible that it’s caused by a Pixel failure?

Ouch! Not good ;-{ The problem you are seeing is the display failure caused by a bang along the bottom edge of the system or you closed the lid on something which pushed into the chainplate which likely broke it and pushed into the ribbon cables just behind it as an example:

Danj that is not correct this is not caused by physical damage - just by opening and closing the screen. The image comes back again at certain angles meaning it is the cable connecting the display. Apple needs to repair this issue free of charge and likely will if you take it into an Apple store. They also need to include it in an extended warranty program as it is widespread.
