Display Warning Turn Off Camera And Turn On Again Fujifilm Finepix Camera

I have a Fujifilm FinePix Camera L55 and due to USB broken, I replaced the motherboard, afterward the camera get on normally after charging. with display indicating battery charging, etc. But after trying to setup camera, at a moment the display show this message “! TURN OFF THE CAMERA AND TURN ON AGAIN” After followed up the display instruction for about 3 to 4 times. the problem still there, Could you indicate if I failed on reassemble or any help please, Regards and thanks Louis
