Hi, I just replaced the display for my Huawei mate 20 lite, however, upon reboot the screen appears to not work properly. When I turn the phone on, the android logo and text display correctly, and whenever I turn the display on it also works for a fraction of a second. Then the display only shows vertical lines. I have attached a couple of videos to show the problem. Does anyone know if I installed the display wrong or the software prevents swapping displays or maybe the several drops damaged something? Thanks!
@ftagliaca this looks like a bad screen since it does display properly for that split second. Contact the seller and get it exchanged. Of course you did double check your work to ensure everything is properly connected.
