hi, i have a problem with VIZIO CN15 A5 laptop display, i turn on laptop but i just see display light is on but it can not open window or any thing else, anyone please help me what is the problem n how to solve it.
Hi, Try the following: Turn on the laptop, when Windows starts to boot up, turn off the laptop by holding the power button until it shuts down. Do this 2-3 times i.e. turn on, boot up, turn off. By the 3rd time Windows should enter into the recovery environment mode, select troubleshoot and follow the prompts.
