Display Lid Loose And Has Give Macbook Air 13 Early 2017

My display lid when opened 75% of the way is loose and flops the rest of the way open. How do I take the display lid off to tighten the screws on this 2017 model?

This model uses the same design as this guide MacBook Air 13" Early 2015 Display Assembly Replacement. First see if the uppercase screws are tight. If not you’l need to take the display fully off to gain access to the lids screws. Use some finger nail polish for thread seal. Jump to Step 21 for the screws location
