Hello, I just dropped my phone on the concrete and when i picked it up the display was half black with vertical RGB lines, and the touchscreen is unresponsive on the left side. I currently have a glass screen protector on it so the screen itself is undamaged but i am trying to determine if this problem is coming from loose connections or if i need to replace the entire display. Thank you
It sounds like something with the board. I would try to bring it into apple and play dumb if you are still under warranty. They would help make it right if there’s no physical damage!
