Hi, my MacBook Air late 2018 has giving me some problem at the display after some water went on the keyboard, the display have now a darker portion and it show each program I opened in that area, shaded. This problem of showing previous program happens even after a restart during boot; also when I put it in sleep mode the display remains black, I have to close the lid for some minutes and then open it to see something. I want to sell the parts of my macbook cause besides this it’s working, also I don’t think it’s worth to fix it. What I should put on the listing, broken display or motherboard?
Hi If I were you I would sell it as it is if you want it sold fast as it does still function and you would be surprised at how many people will use a laptop in a semi functional state:-) Just make sure to mention that it has a issue with the screen I would probably list it for roughly these prices £300 $360 €355 That’s what I would say is fair as these prices are in between broken and used Hopefully this helps Any questions please ask Thanks:-)
