My macbook pro 2017 Display goes black when i open the lid more than 80 degree and my warranty lapsed last month. Can anyone help me knowing what exactly could be the issue and what part will solve? Last thing will apple repair it for free?

You are facing a known issue with the new displays in the 2016 onwards systems. Unlike the older models which has the T-CON board within the display lid and uses iDP (eDP) signaling to the logic board (using just a few lines), this series places it within the main body cavity. This design has a fair amount of connections between the display its self (LCD) and the T-CON board is quite large Apple uses a set of ribbon cables between the lid and the T-CON & the main logic board as you can see here:

The Purple cables carry the image data, and the one Blue cable offers the backlight power. In any case there is nothing you can fix here. You’ll need to visit the Apple Store and press for a warranty exception. Time is the essence here! You need to get to Apple ASAP as the longer you wait the less likelihood they will cover it. FYI: If you did this out of your pocket it will cost you $600 Ouch!
