Chosen Solution

Few days ago my macbook pro A1708 was Stage Light Effect on Display Screen & backlight flickering. Now my Display Backlight not working. I’ve plan to repair/replace the full display or only LCD screen panel. Now my question is- If I replace only LCD screen panel (Attach Pic 1), can it’s resolve all Stage Light Effect, backlight flickering and no Backlight problem? OR I replace full display (Attach Pic 2)? OR I replace only LVDS LED Display Flex cable (Attach Pic 3) OR Do you have any better solution? Thanks Updates:

  1. With External monitor my Macbook working well.

This could be a number of things. Bad display cableBad displayOr damaged backlight cicuit The fist thing I would do is connect the computer to an external monitor to rule out a video card/gpu issue. Next, shine a flashlight on the screen in a dark room to see if you still have an image on the screen and that the issue is no back light. After confirming that it is a no back light issue, I would start with replacing the display cable this will be the least expensive solution. If that doesn’t work try the new display. Finally, if the new cable and new display do not fix the issue either replace or repair your logic board.
