I have a iphone 5s whose display and touch is working perfectly fine without the Front cam FPC.However,when I connect my front cam FPC, there are lines on display and touch is also not working.I have already tried with 3 working displays.same issue with all. All diode mode reading of my frontcam FPC connector is matching with a working board. I know there are CUMULUS_TO_PROX_TX_EN_BUFF,CUMULUS_TO_PROX_RX_EN_1V8 & 45_PROX_TO_CUMULUS_RX data lines are connected with Cumulus and sage.I am not mentioning powerline rail,if there has been any fault it would have been detected by diode mode. I have only tried with cold method i.e without powering the phone. Can any one help me to troubleshoot my problem?
Hello Repairman Just an idea, but I had similar problems finding the touch connector damaged (vertical on the left side). It could be that it created a bad connection, but I don’t understand why it affects another connector. It is a very weak connector and easy to damage / deform. Good luck!
