Hi accidentally tore off the fan connector but I am unsure of the process to hopefully solder it back! been trying to find a brd view on the file but to no avail! money’s a bit tight on my side so hopefully, i can get around to fixing it via this way! I’m not sure if the solder points I need to make for this and am confused and would appreciate if anybody could give me advice before I delve in! additionally, would practicing on a solder board and pumping in 5v be enough to test it out (my soldering skills) before moving to the actual board?
I understand money is tight, but this a repair you can just DIY. Send it to Rossman Repair Group in NYC. They’re board repair specialists. He should be able to repair the pads by running little jumper wires to the torn pads and repair it.
