Chosen Solution
I’ve rented a few games from my local library, and they have worked when I first insert them. However, after a day or two, it just doesn’t read and reports “Unrecognized Disc”. They’re perfectly clean, but they just stop. The same thing happens with other games. All games that I’ve tried are Elden Ring, Dark Souls 3, Black Ops 3, and Fallout 4.
Try cleaning the disc Rom. Cleaning disc. Or lazer. May need reset. With ohm meter.
