@medjdoub45, If your television has image distortion issues, see the Insignia NS-24ER310NA17 Has Image Distortion problem page for possible causes and solutions. Your images a bit fuzzy but it appears that this is happening to the right half of your screen. That could an issue with your t-com board or your panel. The t-con board is the one under the metal cover that has the two cables going to the panel. Update (02/08/2018) Your last posted image does not look like liquid but it looks like an overheated IC. Replace the T-con board and re-evaluate.
