Chosen Solution

So my step daughter gave me her old iPhone 5s because I want to give it to my uncle who has the same provider that she does. the problem is, its disabled. it says “IPhone is disabled, connect to ITunes” but when I connect it says to answer on the phone to allow iTunes to sync. but I get no message on the iPhone to be able to do that. I’ve tried doing a hard reset, but the power button for some reason doesn’t want to shut down the phone. I have seen posts online about RecBoot, but when I install that and hit enter recovery, it tells me I’m missing a bunch of dll files in order for it to work properly. I’m at a loss here. any major techies know how to fix this so I can get it up and running so my uncle can use it?

Have a solution for you to completely wipe the phone to factory settings. Go download Recboot at this link and follow the instructions. Good luck! Link: http://www.cydiaos.com/download-recboot/
